We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing and iGaming/ Online Casino Platforms experience. In this role, you will lead quality assurance efforts to ensure the delivery of top-notch gaming experiences through ensuring manual testing of the software and reporting issues accordingly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality for our gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and strategies tailored to gaming platform requirements.
    • Identify key areas for manual testing, including functionality, usability, and performance.
    • Establish and maintain testing processes and best practices.
  2. Manual Testing Execution:
    • Conduct rigorous manual testing across various iGaming platform features and functionalities.
    • Perform compatibility testing on multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and identify potential issues early.
    • Act as the quality advocate within the team, ensuring high standards across the development lifecycle.
    • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to provide insights on quality-related concerns.
  4. User Experience and Platform Testing:
    • Evaluate the overall user experience and ensure the gaming platform meets the expectations of end-users.
    • Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
  5. Defect Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed and accurate bug reports, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and impact analysis.
    • Provide regular updates on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
    • Support release decisions with clear and concise reports on product readiness.
  6. Mentorship and Leadership:
    • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Advocate for continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing iGaming platforms or similar complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of software development and QA processes, particularly in agile environments.
  • Proficiency in test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms, engines, and APIs is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is a bonus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
