We are looking for a Junior NetSuite Implementer with 1–2 years of hands-on NetSuite experience who is eager to grow their implementation and consulting skills. In this role, you will work closely with senior consultants, clients, and internal teams to gather business requirements, configure and customize NetSuite solutions, and support implementation projects. You will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, including solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support, while building your expertise across the NetSuite platform.
YOUR MISSION:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements with guidance from senior consultants.
- Support the configuration and customization of NetSuite modules to meet business needs.
- Participate in discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and client meetings.
- Assist with data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and testing.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, technical teams, and business users to deliver successful NetSuite implementation projects while continuously developing NetSuite expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite or ERP implementations.
- Good understanding of NetSuite modules, configuration, and core business processes.
- Exposure to supporting implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Familiarity with ERP business processes such as Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, or CRM is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and develop NetSuite expertise.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation) are considered a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, develop consulting skills, and grow within the NetSuite ecosystem.
