We are seeking a skilled Account Manager – Online Gaming & Delivery to join the team of a next-generation online casino platform which sets new standards in the iGaming experience through the innovative technology and approach implied in every bit of the platform in terms of design, interface, and functionalities.
In this hybrid role you will not only ensure operator success and seamless project delivery, but will also act as a bridge between commercial, product, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B account management within iGaming, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of platform integrations, compliance, and delivery processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management & Client Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.
- Understand operators’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their performance.
- Monitor operator KPIs, revenue growth, and player engagement, offering strategic insights.
- Coordinate with marketing, payments, and compliance teams to support operator success.
- Ensure operator satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or escalations.
Delivery & Project Coordination
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new operator launches, integrations, and feature deployments.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure that technical integrations, platform customizations, and game/content deployments are delivered as per agreed SLAs.
- Track post-launch performance, identifying areas for optimization.
Operations & Compliance Support
- Ensure operators adhere to regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
- Work closely with risk and fraud teams to implement security best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting payment, technical, and operational challenges.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in B2B account management within the iGaming, betting, or online casino industry.
- Experience managing operator accounts, revenue targets, and gaming platform integrations.
- Strong understanding of gaming platforms, APIs, payment gateways, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical background or familiarity with platform integration processes is a plus.
