We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong Tableau and SQL skills to build and maintain high-quality reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience developing Tableau dashboards, modeling data for analytics, optimizing SQL queries, and collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements. You should be comfortable working independently, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering scalable, performant BI solutions in a fast-paced environment.ย
YOUR MISSION:
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources on Tableau Server, from stakeholder requirements through to published, performant workbooks.
- Model data for BI consumption-building clean, reusable datasets and contributing to our semantic layer (Unity Catalog Metric Views) so metrics are defined once and consistently.
- Write and optimize SQL (Databricks SQL) against our lakehouse to power reporting.
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into clear metrics, definitions, and self-serve reporting.
- Maintain data accuracy: validate numbers against source systems, document metric definitions, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Keep dashboards fast and maintainable-manage extracts, permissions, and workbook performance on Tableau Server.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 3+ years building BI / analytics solutions in a production environment.
- Strong SQL, including window functions, CTEs, and query optimization.
- Hands-on Tableau experience (building, publishing, and tuning workbooks; Tableau Server a plus).
- Solid grasp of data modeling for analytics (star schemas, aggregation, metric design).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written English- required. This role works daily with remote stakeholders and written documentation, and clear communication is non-negotiable.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Experience with Databricks / the lakehouse model.
- Exposure to a semantic layer (Unity Catalog Metric Views, dbt MetricFlow, LookML, etc.).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and a basic understanding of upstream data pipelines.
- E-commerce or D2C domain experience.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU:
- Attractive remuneration package.
- Working style –ย Remote.
- Flexible Working Hours: We care about results, not when you clock in, depending on the team working schedule.
- Learning & Development: Access to training programs to boost your skills and career.
- Career Growth Opportunities: Grow with a fast-scaling, innovation-driven company.
- Supportive Culture: Work with a young, motivated, and close-knit team.
