We seek a talented and detail-oriented HCM implementor to join our MIS HR group. In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise and collaboration skills are central to daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, configure, develop, test & deploy technical solutions on Oracle HCM and its modules mostly.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
- Creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
- Analyzing KPIโs and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
- Staying up to date with systems releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelorโs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience with the tech HR ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as an technical implementor- must

- Deep knowledge of HR & business processes.
- SQL in a high level- a must
