We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer with a strong technical background in building and maintaining cloud-based HR systems and services. This role involves close collaboration with the integration teams and ownership of complex technical customizations, reporting, and data integrations in a modern cloud environment. 

YOUR MISSION: 

• Develop reports and technical interfaces within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
• Build and maintain robust data integrations to connect Oracle HCM with external systems and third-party applications.
• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced Fast Formulas to support complex business logic and technical customizations.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams and business analysts to translate functional requirements into high-performing technical solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• Experience in technical Oracle Cloud HCM roles, with a proven track record of moving beyond functional implementation into pure development.
• Hands-on expertise in developing complex, SQL-based reports using BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and HCM Extracts.
• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). 
• Technical proficiency in building robust interfaces using HDL (HCM Data Loader), PBL (Payroll Batch Loader), and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience writing complex logic using Fast Formulas and designing tailored user interfaces with Page Composer.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Initiative, ownership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive complex technical tasks end-to-end.
