We are seeking an Agentic SDLC Project Manager to lead the internal program to design, build and scale AI agents across the software development lifecycle. The role turns the Agentic Engineering vision into an executable roadmap and aligns product, engineering, AI and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-ready capabilities and measurable value.
YOUR MISSION:
- Own the Agentic SDLC roadmap and delivery lifecycle, from use-case discovery and prioritization through design, build, validation, rollout and scaling.
- Manage the portfolio of AI agents across requirements, development, code review, testing, release, deployment and operations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define capabilities, user journeys, acceptance criteria, backlog priorities and target outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI, application development, data, architecture, QA, DevOps, security, privacy and platform engineering.
- Manage plans, resources, vendors, environments, integrations, risks and dependencies across parallel workstreams.
- Establish governance and quality gates covering human oversight, security, responsible AI, traceability and production readiness.
- Drive pilots, adoption and stakeholder communication, using feedback and delivery insights to improve the roadmap and reusable patterns.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- Technical Project & Product Delivery Leadership: 5+ years managing complex technology initiatives across software development, AI, data, automation, or digital products. Proven product delivery expertise: from use-case discovery, roadmap definition, and backlog prioritization to outcome measurement.
- Deep SDLC & Engineering Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes, engineering practices, controls, and roles, with a track record of translating roadmap, governance, and reusable patterns into scalable expansion across SDLC stages.
- Agentic AI & Emerging Tech Expertise: Practical and working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, agentic workflows, orchestration, and tool integration. Hands-on experience delivering intelligent automation, developer productivity tools, or solutions built on platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot, or Microsoft Power Platform is highly valued.
- AI Governance, Security & Validation: Solid grounding in AI evaluation, human oversight, data and AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, security, and validation standards, particularly in regulated environments.
- Delivery Tooling & Metric Mastery: Expert-level Jira proficiency (workflow/board configuration, backlog/release management, dashboards, automation, and delivery metrics), alongside proficiency with enterprise tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and GitHub to drive adoption that measurably improves cycle time, quality, productivity, and transparency.
- Cross-Functional Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams while managing scope, resources, risks, dependencies, vendor partnerships, and executive stakeholder expectations.
- Methodologies & Problem Solving: Strong command of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, backed by exceptional analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Education & Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by recognized project, product, or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSPO, CSM, PSM, or SAFe).
