We are looking for a Senior NetSuite / ERP Logistics Implementor to join our growing Information Systems team. You will work closely with business stakeholders, logistics users, and the NetSuite implementation team to design, configure, and deliver scalable ERP solutions across global operations. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions, supporting end-to-end implementations, and continuously improving logistics and supply chain processes. 

YOUR MISSION: 

• Support global logistics users and provide functional expertise across core NetSuite Logistics and ERP modules.
• Lead and execute functional configurations across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, MRP, procurement, and related ERP processes.
• Translate customer and business requirements into workable NetSuite business solutions, ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
• Manage assigned tasks, milestones, deliverables, and project components to ensure successful and timely project progression.
• Work closely with the NetSuite implementation team to configure, customize, and integrate NetSuite with existing client infrastructure and business applications.
• Design and develop Saved Searches, custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Workflows to provide actionable information to business users.
• Gather, analyze, and implement requirements across key business processes, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRP, and Service.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through ERP functionality, automation, reporting, and system improvements.
• Support data analysis, validation, migration, and system testing, ensuring data quality and business process integrity.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams, functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
• Provide functional guidance, documentation, training, and ongoing support to business users.
• Identify downstream implications of system changes, integrations, and data processes, including operational, reporting, and data-quality impacts.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite / ERP Logistics Implementor or Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite Logistics and ERP modules or comparable ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Priority.
• Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle ERP implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRP, Procurement, Inventory, and Service business processes.
• Experience gathering and implementing requirements across R2R, O2C, P2P, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, MRP, and Service processes.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze, manipulate, and present complex business data.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience working with databases, data analysis, reporting, and data extraction.
• Hands-on experience developing NetSuite Saved Searches, custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and Workflows.
• Strong understanding of business and information technology processes, with the ability to connect business needs to technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
• Strong client-facing and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and staff at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
