We are looking for a NetSuite Finance Implementor with 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end NetSuite implementations. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and configure NetSuite modules.

YOUR MISSION: 

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and financial requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional solution designs and implementation plans.
• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to support finance and operational processes.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions with clients.
• Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using standard and custom integration approaches.
• Coordinate and execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on NetSuite best practices and process optimization opportunities.
• Support go-live activities and ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Finance Implementor, with a strong focus on Finance and ERP processes.
• Proven experience delivering full-cycle NetSuite implementations, from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management
• Experience configuring and supporting advanced NetSuite functionality
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM.
• Familiarity with the broader NetSuite ecosystem
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities

ADVANTAGE:

• NetSuite certifications ( CPA, SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified Administrator, ERP Consultant Certification)
• Previous experience working for a NetSuite consulting partner or implementation consultancy.
• Experience leading workshops and managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and accounting best practices.
