We are looking for a Senior Product Owner with exceptional communication skills to lead the shaping and delivery of state-of-the-art Digital, Data, and AI (DADAI) solutions globally. In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data landscapes into scalable, high-quality products.
YOUR MISSION:
- Translating business needs into clear product scope, epics, and value hypotheses
- Developing solution options in coordination with CoEs, Architecture, Data, and delivery teams
- Assessing risks, dependencies, regulatory, and data implications at product level
- Producing decision-ready product inputs (scope clarity, options, assumptions, and sizing)
- Ensuring demand packages are complete, clear, and meet DADAI quality standards prior to Delivery Review Post-GO, delivery & product outcomes, the Product Owner is accountable for:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of assigned DADAI products
- Maintaining a prioritized, executable product backlog aligned with domain priorities
- Defining and managing epic and feature scope, acceptance criteria, and definition of ready/done
- Acting as the single product authority for ARTs, PODs, and vendor teams
- Driving value realization, adoption, and operational feedback loops
- Feeding learnings from production operations back into backlog refinement and roadmap updates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 5+ Years enterprise IT experience combining business-facing product ownership with delivery execution, managing scope, trade-offs, and priorities across multiple releases.
- 5+ Years leading product shaping from early demand through governance, partnering closely with business-facing IT leaders to own problem framing and solution option analysis.
- 5+ Years performing high-level technical assessments of data, digital, and AI solutions, with a strong focus on data quality, definition alignment, and pipeline validation.
- 3+ Years operating in scaled agile environments (SAFe or equivalent), including PI Planning and epic-to-feature decomposition, while working effectively with delivery leads.
- 3+ Years hands-on experience delivering or owning IT solutions within Corporate Functions, translating business pain points into measurable product outcomes.
- 3+ Years driving product alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Data Governance to secure approvals and resolve integration conflicts early.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, delivery-ready requirements with a constant focus on product quality and operability.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- 3+ Years experience directing external vendor teams and acting as the primary product authority.
- 2+ Years working in highly regulated environments with audits, validation, and change control (such as GxP).
- Agile or Product certifications (like SAFe POPM or SAFe Practitioner).
- Basic knowledge of IT service management (such as ITIL).
