We are looking for a DADAI Delivery Product Owner – Pharma R&D to maximize business value by translating approved domain priorities into delivery-ready requirements. You will act as the primary interface between Business Unit priorities and our delivery teams, ensuring technical alignment, proper scope definition, and high-quality standards.
YOUR MISSION:
- Convert approved business priorities into clear product scope, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the product backlog is refined, high-quality, and completely ready for PI / sprint planning.
- Act as the primary delivery-facing product authority to align business needs with CoEs, Architecture, Data, and delivery teams.
- Assess and resolve execution dependencies, data readiness, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations.
- Support operational feedback by translating production learnings, defects, and enhancement requests into actionable backlog items.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- Product Ownership (5+ years): Solid experience in enterprise IT combining business-facing product ownership with delivery execution and backlog refinement.
- Data & Digital Domain (5+ years): Deep understanding of end-to-end data/analytics lifecycles (ingestion, modeling, databases/SQL, cloud ecosystems) and Al/ML-enabled solutions.
- Ability to perform high-level technical assessments and drive product alignment with Architecture, Security, and Data Governance.
- Strong experience in Agile frameworks (preparing delivery-ready inputs for PI / sprint planning) and working closely with business leaders and technical teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Pharma R&D Experience (3+ years): Hands-on experience delivering or product-owning solutions within the pharmaceutical R&D business area.
- Regulated Environments (2+ years): Experience delivering solutions in validated, GxP, or high-compliance environments.
- SAFe POPM, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent Agile/Product and ITIL service management certifications.
