We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join the Digital Center of Excellence (Digital COE) and drive the delivery, adoption, and continuous evolution of enterprise-scale digital, AI, automation, and knowledge management solutions. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with the Digital COE Product Manager and cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into delivery-ready execution and turn complex business challenges into cutting-edge digital products.
YOUR MISSION:
- Translating business needs into clear product scope, epics, and value hypotheses
- Developing solution options in coordination with CoEs, Architecture, Data, and delivery teams
- Assessing risks, dependencies, regulatory, and data implications at product level
- Producing decision-ready product inputs (scope clarity, options, assumptions, and sizing)
- Ensuring demand packages are complete, clear, and meet DADAI quality standards prior to Delivery Review Post-GO, delivery & product outcomes, the Product Owner is accountable for:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of assigned DADAI products
- Maintaining a prioritized, executable product backlog aligned with domain priorities
- Defining and managing epic and feature scope, acceptance criteria, and definition of ready/done
- Acting as the single product authority for ARTs, PODs, and vendor teams
- Driving value realization, adoption, and operational feedback loops
- Feeding learnings from production operations back into backlog refinement and roadmap updates.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, Delivery Leadership, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
- Experience working as a Product Owner within Agile and/or SAFe environments.
- Proven experience writing epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital, AI, automation, data, or platform solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical domain knowledge across Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, workflow automation, APIs, and cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
- Advanced Agile product ownership & business analysis skills, with proven expertise in requirements gathering, sprint execution, stakeholder management, and navigating ambiguous environments.
NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGE:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries (e.g., GxP compliance).
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI Foundry, or related technologies.
- Experience working with external delivery partners and vendors.
- Experience defining reusable enterprise capabilities, platforms, frameworks, or accelerators.
- Experience supporting adoption of emerging technologies at scale.
